Sales & Marketing Director
Job description:- Develop a Sales strategy that would help the company achieves its goals
- Initiates, develops and implements corporate marketing strategies, including brand and product development plans and forecasts
- Develops the corporate brands and drives consistency across the company
- Manage and evaluates overall product/service development, pricing, marketing budgets, as well as sales objectives and performances
- Brings a professional and consistent sales & marketing approach
- Build, manage and lead a Sales team
- Develops relationships with personnel at key accounts and ensures total customer satisfaction
- 3 or more years of relevant experience
- Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing activities in an international setting
- Experienced leader of corporate sales & marketing teams with strong team leadership, coaching and management skills
- Hands on approach, able to sell at Director, Board level or C-level
- Thorough understanding of planning, pricing, contract negotiation and profitability analysis
